Product Availability

All items are offered subject to availability.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will communicate the available resolution, including an appropriate refund if the order cannot be fulfilled.

Product Pricing

Prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD), with two decimal places.

Prices and availability may change, but changes do not automatically alter the agreed terms of an already accepted order.

Any material listing error will be reviewed and resolved in accordance with applicable law.

Orders and Payment

Customers place orders using Shopify Checkout.

Payment is subject to authorization, product availability, and any legitimate security verification requirements.

An order may be canceled where fulfillment is not possible because of genuine inventory, payment, fraud, or material listing problems, subject to applicable law and appropriate refund obligations.

Checkout Information

Customers should provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping information.

The checkout process requires a full name and shipping phone number. Address line 2 is optional and company name is not included in the configured checkout fields.

Customers may place an order without being required to sign in to a customer account.

Shipping Destinations

Tievano currently ships within the United States.

International delivery is not currently offered.

Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping costs $4.00 USD for orders below $80.00 USD.

Orders of $80.00 USD or more qualify for free Standard Shipping.

The final shipping charges are confirmed at checkout.

Delivery Times

The estimated Standard Shipping transit period is 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Delivery predictions may incorporate Shopify's available fulfillment information and a configured 2-business-day fallback.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Order Cutoff

Our daily cutoff is 1:00 PM in Shopify's configured (GMT-08:00) Pacific Time (US & Canada) timezone.

The actual UTC offset changes seasonally to GMT-07:00 during daylight saving time.

Shipment Tracking

Shipment tracking information is provided when available after dispatch.

Customers can also access our Track Your Order page.

Delivery Problems

If an order is delayed, lost, damaged, or delivered incorrectly, contact our support team with your order number and relevant information.

We will review the matter and assist with an appropriate resolution according to the circumstances and applicable law.

Returns

Eligible returns are accepted within 28 calendar days after delivery.

For non-defective customer-preference returns, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

Customers must request authorized return instructions before dispatching an item.

Eligible refunds are initiated promptly after the returned product is received, reviewed, and approved, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Refunds are ordinarily sent to the original payment method.

Financial institutions may require additional time to display a processed refund.

Cancellations

Customers may request order cancellation within 1 hour of placing an order.

Cancellation depends on the status of fulfillment and whether the order can still be stopped.

Customer Accounts

Available customer account functions may allow customers to view orders and submit eligible return or cancellation requests.

Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their account access and associated email.

Taxes

Any sales tax required and configured for collection will appear during checkout.
